I had thought, per the date with Catherine, that it was reported that they were still living in hoard central.

If you mean the Catherine date, it should be noted that they were still in the rental house at that time and everything was in boxes stacked up to the ceiling. They were having issues with a storage facility, so they probably had to bring some of it in their temporary home.

While all hoards eventually harm the house, 'dirty' hoarders are the worst, the kind that save garbage and rotten food. To my knowledge Barb's not at that level, so the reborn hoard will take a decade or so to make the 14BLC warrant more renovations. I don't think barb has that kind of time. Of course, i don't see chris stepping up and picking up after his mother when she becomes unable to do that. the rat population will explode and cause considerable damage if that comes to pass, not considering what's already living in the walls of the chandler household. I'm betting mice and a large colony of silverfish and roaches.

Speaking of which, if Barb were to die, say, right now, Chris would want to jump straight into living with JQ; that'd go over real well. You know actually Chris probably would want to do that anyway.

 

So I supposed we've entered into a new era of less regular updates...

 

Chris has his sweetheart so he is not compelled to make content as much. We may see Sonichu stop altogether.

Same posting style as him, same use of insults ("Fatty"), pretty good chance its him.

 

We've talked about him being Hirtes before and hes never denied it.

 

You notice how "Alan" tends to clam up on here when we call him out as Hirtes....
