    I think of this as more are these guys trying to be the next clyde cash? or are they intentionally doing this to make us pissed?

    What I really want to know is the amount Barb borrowed. Since this is not the first time she's done this I can't imagine their life insurance having much real value at this point.

    Okay, but back on-topic: How long until Barb depletes the life insurance? I can't see her leaving Chris much money when she dies.

    What other resources would be available if she's doing life insurance now, of all things?
    • Discover and Capital One have already sued (and you have to really SUCK at not paying credit cards for that to happen), so any credit card options are likely maxed out, if not declined.
    • Two mortgages for more than the house is actually worth isn't doing favors for the home equity.
    • No outside family or friends are crazy enough to lend the Chandlers any money.
    • Loan options at this point are probably limited to anything predatory with interest rates on the moon if I could make guesses on their credit scores.
    • The monthly tugboat is still chugging along, but it's pulling a sunken aircraft carrier.
    • Selling select hoard merch only goes so well until Chris immediately spends 80% of the profits on children's toys.
    I wouldn't know how much their life insurance policy allows to be borrowed, but it's a safe assumption that Chris is going to be left high and dry at this rate.
