    It's very patchy still. It could either be freshly applied over Chris's now grey hair, or somebody else at the community home helped.

    It's probably something stupid that Chris found and thought looked good. Ankle monitors are almost always black and have an electronic box attached to the outside.

    It's funny Chris has gone back to doing the same stuff he was doing when Something Awful discovered him. Card games and game shops. Maybe Christory is cyclical, and he will start a new comic after he finds a second Megan to bother.

    the cycle couldn't repeat in the same way though because:
    • internet trolling has already happened rather than just begun
    • more people have the ability to record any public outbursts
    • that "internet landscape" has changed
    • it's widely known he committed incest
    • no more Borb coddling

    It's because Chris was relocated to a new city. He's in a suburb of Richmond now, instead of Charlottesville. He likely has access to a lot more hobby shops that he hasn't been banned from yet, and Richmond is also a lot bigger than Charlottesville. There's going to be a lot more people there who recognize him from the internet.

    When you put it like that, it's crazy how Chris never thought to move out of his parents house and get a job so he could still enjoy the things that he was banned from.
    Although that would imply that Chris wasn't insanely lazy and autistic, so maybe i've answered my own question.

    Don't forget that since any public outburst are recorded, Chris is more or less a face and a name that managed to spread out in the world. The incest with Barb would of made some headlines overseas so Chris would likely end up being known to anyone that bothers to look further in and it helps that ever since the arrest, many people get to find out about Chris without having to read the CWCki beforehand or watch some Youtuber's video documentary on Chris.

    More or less. That if Chris were to move out, it would of also required Bob to teach Chris on how to take care of themselves and Chris bothering to remember any of it. Plus Chris would still face a ban even if there was a move to another city. No store will forever take shit from Chris' actions, especially if it threatens profits and customers.
