    The outfit is similar to the one he wore for OmegaCon back in 2015. It's the same skirt and pants but a different top. If I remember correctly, this is when he dyed his hair blue (though it still looked green since he didn't bleach it). Fast forward 2 years and he's still got that weird green tint.

    EDIT: More constructively, considering that chris has spent say 100 dollars on that shoulder pony, 40 for the stupid horn and ears, and the money spent to get into the event: that's an easy 200 bucks with expensive con food and gas. Moreso if chris rented a room for the whole con.
