    There's no English version that I'm aware of so I never thought of installing it plus all the references to Italian culture which would sail over an American's head like myself

    Grezzo 2 does have an English translation but only for the cut scenes and some text here and there so sadly the in game dialogue is all in Italian. The expansion for Grezzo 2 is completely untranslated. It would be really great if someone could translate everything but as you said the cultural references and memes can only really be understood by Italians. That said if you want a really fun and trashy mod with the same sort of humor as Postal 2 then there really is no other alternative.
