Frankly, I'd prefer he remains able to write letters. It'll be interesting to see how his mental state progresses while in the slammer.

I am incredibly eager to see where things go from here.

 

I am betting a downward spiral, unless he strikes up a relationship with a girlfriend free boy.

 

Today is the 1 year anniversary of Chris getting arrested.

Already? Geez, a lot has happened this past year

 

I think it's ironic that the place Chris got arrested at was close to the mall where "God AND The Bear" bestowed upon Chris the name of "Christian" almost 30 years ago.

 

Someone I remember joked where if Chris's life was a movie, it would be some full circle scene where he encountered the old guy who played Godbear in the mall or something.

 

"The Chris Chan Show"

Like "The Truman Show", but more "exceptional" and crazy.

 

I like to believe he heard the bear’s voice come from the clouds just as he was being arrested.

 

Another reason the Life of Fail is like The Truman Show.

fun fact: In "Rokuyo" (六曜) - the 6-day week that used to be used in Japan - today is "Taian" (大安), which is supposed to be good luck all day.

I can't think of a joke connecting that to Chris's situation. I really wish I could.

 

I look at it this way: The sooner Chris gets sentenced to prison and never returns, the sooner I can get over my unnatural obsession of the travails of an extremely mentally deranged manchild, an obsession that has plagued me for half of my life.

 

Wow this might be some of the last drama we get until the trial.
