Paying closer attention to the comic after all these years and I can't believe the things I had fly over my head. CWC murder-suicide sounds fitting for a Sonichu parody.

My favorite thing about the comics is how Chris Chan Sonichu gets his ass handed to him more than any other Sonichu, and he usually ends up winning by teaming up with another electric hedgehog pokemon.
Even in his OP comic Mary Sue form, Chris manages to fail in unique ways.

 

IRL, Chris' ego took huge blows from being confronted and called a solicitor.

Being told "no" with nothing he could do about it.

So in the comics, Chris imagines how he thinks it should've gone.

(and nowadays how he thinks it did go "in another dimension")

Monster of pocket powers, pokerman and sanic fusions, girls actually caring about him...

The "Love Quest" incidents must haunt him to this day.

I didn't realize Bagget was wearing a helmet, I just thought Chris miscolored the jerkop's skin that one could joke about Chris being racist. Also, Bagget for best Jerkop. He kicked hardest in Kick the Autistic.

 

Spoiler: Sub-episode 7, finale

You know, that terrible crowd scribbling makes me think of the way South Park do crowd scenes in the earlier seasons. Only difference is that South Park's art style is supposed to be sucky, and makes up for it with the writing.

 

In the audiobook commentary, Vivian said the crowd gathering must've happened IRL too.

 

Considering how Kick the Autistic was an American past time, I'd believe it. Seriously though having worked in retail where you could have customers being douchbags and the like, seeing cops appear and arrest someone will rouse interest even if it's like watching a slow burning train wreck.

 

Got caught up with the games revealed at E3 (Metroid Dread FTW), so now we're back to the Sonichu fail festival.

I love the implication that Chris and his imaginary girlfriend daughter sister are capable of doing not just Sonichu's powers, but also the powers of the rest of his electric hedgehog recolors pokemon, making Chris even more of a blatant Gary Stu

 

If Crystal can use "psychic powers" to stop Chris' fall, couldn't she use them to thwart the "dog-pile"?

I guess Chris still wanted the traumatizing incident as it happened IRL to kind of be in the comics.

Spoiler: Sub-episode 8, part 2

I swear to god, it looks like Chris was about to draw a panty shot of his imaginary sister's hideous Rosechu form.
(Also, my knowledge on court jurisdiction isn't exactly the best, but I'm pretty sure contempt of court does not work that way. You would think Chris would know that, considering how often he's got himself into court.)

 

For all the times Chris gotten into court, one should remember: anything not going CWC's way is obviously a jerk. All that's missing is Chris making some jerkop version of a judge.

"It's good that my sister has come to my rescue, but I'm still without a girlfriend..." - Chris, dropping a Freudian slip before his imaginary sister gets intimate with him in a couple more pages.
