Was that the anime where three young kids are straight up brutally murdered by the villainess?
I swear I remember seeing a "fucked up anime moments" list about people living in an underground city, and the villainess in the movie straight up is all "LOL, I'mma kill three little kids for funsies!"

The animated version of Babes in Toyland made me cry when the main villain destroyed the girl's teddy bear. I don't know why I was attached to that bear so much being an inanimate object. I never finished the movie because I was in tears.

Also, my mother used to fast forward the movies that had scary parts so I never really seen a lot of fucked up stuff as a kid

Well that was well crafted artistically and I definitely did not care for it.

Not really from a film, but that Rugrats episode with Angelica's large baby brother is nightmare fuel.

This scene has always been pretty fucked up, you don't realize it until you are older though. The last car literally drives on the conveyor belt to kill himself because he wants to go out on his own terms.

There was this messed up animated film or films I saw in later elementary school, which were from the '70s or '80s. They depicted 18th or 19th century school, and emphasized the "corporal punishment" of the time. The teacher IRL (who was somewhat jerk-y) liked showing them for some reason.

(Maybe the IRL teacher wished that crap was allowed IRL?)

Reminded someone landed a 35mm copy of Brave Little Toaster they had to get scanned in HD a month ago. Well worth the trouble.
