Bluespike

Bluespike is probably the most polarizing troll of them all. From him we got such gems as Bob Walks In, For Julie's Eyes Only and the eternal "JULAAAY!". But was Bluespike too cruel to Chris?

 

Maybe? Bluespike probably got carried away with the hold he seemed to have over someone who was much older then he was.

 

Bluespike, I think, started to deviate from the planned troll that Clyde Cash and co had set up, and he started to get waaaaaaaay to into the fact that he was putting one over an autistic man-child.

Just by the way the other trolls chastised Bluespike after the Julie reveal, pretty much going "Dude, you're a fucking whack job!", as well as how history looked on Bluspike afterwards, it's safe to say that most people think he went to far.

 

I think pretending to be Julaay was okay, and revealing it was funny, it was some of the other things Bluespike did that went overboard. Like suggesting chris burn his house down.

 

The moment that marked that Saga to me was when in the reveal some trolls kept telling Bluespike to stop. We all just want to have some fun with Chris, but literally making Chris hurt himself is a little beyond just having some fun, as well as not all that clever.

 

Pretty much this in a nutshell. It went from the trolls laughing that Chris bought Bluespike's horrible attempt to sound like a girl, to the trolls going "Ok Bluespike, stop it......it's not funny anymore...."

As it's already been said on the Wiki and on the Kiwi Farms, It probably had to do with the fact that Bluespike was 13, and probably let the fact that he had all of this "power" over a manchild go to his head.

 

I imagine that someday there will be a documentary made on Chris where the more famous trolls are actually tracked down and interviewed. If that happens, I wonder what Bluespike will have to say about the whole ordeal.

 

I feel as if the trolls wanted to distance themselves from Bluespike, as he's *never* stepped forward to talk about his thoughts about the whole Julie thing, nor do the trolls ever really talk about him (Besides saying what a asshole he was and that he took things too far).

 

Well, eventually they revealed the true identity of Clyde Cash and his Youtube channel. I hope that someday there will be enough distance from the Julay saga to get some more info on Bluespike, or at least hear his side from a perspective other than when he was a teenage troll.

I guess he'll probably be more like Faust, the black metal musician who stabbed a homosexual man in cold blood who nobody in the black metal scene really wants to talk about, despite Varg Vikernes still being discussed years after he stabbed Euronymous to death.

 

He'll probably say that he was thirteen and regrets it immensely, if he doesn't decline to be interviewed altogether. While everyone has something they regret doing, convincing an autistic manchild to shove ceramic up his ass is pretty extreme.

 

I was under the impression that Clyde wasn't just one guy, but that multiple people played him. IIRC, during one of the "inside story" posts from the Kiwi Farms, one of the Chris-storian's basically said "Depending upon who was in the mood to do it, that person would play Clyde."

Yeah, I'm pretty sure, if Bluespike ever decided to step forward, it would amount to that: "I was an immature, stupid 13 year old, I shouldn't have done it."

Kind of. Clyde Cash started off as one guy, developed a large ego and started to annoy the other trolls. He left, or was banned or kicked out or something and after that multiple people played the role because of Clyde's infamy. It would be like if I trolled Chris epically, gained infamy, annoyed a bunch of people and got banned, then the people on the site started pretending to be me.

 

Does he? I thought that was one of those accounts where someone pretends to be a Christorical Figure when they're not.

 

Wasn't aware Clyde OG was kicked out by the other trolls, i was under the impression it was multiple people from the start.

Yeah, so was I. I guess they just wanted people to forget that the mythical Clyde Cash started out as just a man. But, in retrospect, it does make more sense than that he was an entity they created from the start.

 

Yeah, the Chris-torians liked to throw around the word "entity" when it came to explaining Clyde Cash in a nutshell.

Again, IIRC, one of them basically summed it up as "He was supposed to represent everything Chris wasn't: Successful, good looking, rich, and able to get loads of china."

 

Isn't that what most of the bigger trolls who created personas did? I seem to remember a lot of the personas being good-looking guys who had sex with girls and were successful with their Sonichu-related business pursuits.

 

Pretty much yeah, but at the time, Clyde was pretty much *the* ultimate one. I mean hell, the main "picture" of him was the infamous guido douchebag tool with duck face.
