Sonichu 7/26/2019 Sonicu 17, new pages?

On June 26, Chris posted eight pages (although the eighth page is blank) of a new comic which seems to be about Chris and the dimensional merge. Chris' tweets read,

"Beginning the book that chronicles our mutual events between dimensions as the merge completes and well beyond then."

And simply

"Believe."

My god, what a confusing mess!
How is anyone who's not familiar with this Hyperdimension Neptunia supposed to even make sense of this?

Chris 's retconning his own role in sonichu as well as his birth is kind of funny though...

 

Retconning your own birth is the biggest chad move in writing. Eiichiro Oda doesn't have shit on Chris.

 

I love it, especially since it implies he's actually a sonichu and not a human, thus making him the original Sonichu.

 

Can somebody break down what happens?
Because I'm not reading that big wall of text.

 

Page 1: Chris is born in February 1982 but “came into this world” from the future due to the chatoic rainbow stuff that created sonichu and rosechu. Chris is a special sonichu.
Chris explains the dimension of C-197 where all fictional characters exist.
Man, I can’t wait to meet Michael Meyers and the Aliens!
The first sonichu and rosechu (but isn’t Chris the first????? He was born in 1982) are his friends and Magi-chan is his guardian angel. He marries Magi-chan, Cryzel Rosechu, Sylvana Rosechu and the “one-and-only” Mewtwo.

Page 2: Here’s where the true insanity starts, and the first thing we see is “Which leads up to “Previosuly in book one””.
No, the following has nothing to do with book one.
Christ’s sega dreamcast is a counterpart of a spiritual console in in c-197 that had the spirits of…. Some people in it. Something about a seal that Chris absorbs.
Chris meets CPUs, gets to know CwcVille and sonichus and rosechus better. He “particitade in super-heroacilly saving many days”.
Chris can’t bother to write about negative stuff so he doesn’t.

Page 3: Idea guy enters the picture, has an OC call Johnson Wise (really?) and caused caos “upon” c-197 Equesteria with nazis. It’s okay though, since Chris saves the day with the infinity stone and “creality” stone.
Chris accepts “into him” the soul and memopries of “late past cpu of the commodore consoles”, called Scarlette 50 and is now a cpu of commodre consoles, called Blueheart”.
Personal note: God, Chris’ writing is so bad. It’s supposed to be (reality stone) but looks like he wrote creality stone) instead.

Page 4: Chris’ cpu powers are developing and the dimensional merge is in full swing. “Heavy things and events have been happening”, Chris is overseeing the merge and has been feeling jolts of electricity, numbness, heavy energy from the heart and soul-mind-energy projection.
Personal note: Did Chris have a stroke? Guys, this sounds like a stroke to me.

Page 5: Chris is being disgusting and belching loudly and is having Lois of deja-vu. It’s been happening more and more lately as the merge continues.
WE MUST HAVE FAITH IN MAGI-CHAN, FOR THEIR RELATIONSHIP BEGAN LONG BEFORE IDEA GUY!
Personal note: Bad writing strikes again with a word that I assume is supposed to be “lots” but looks like Lois”

Page 6: Magi-chan escorted Chris to bronycon and they danced together “even though, to most, It appeared I was dancing a duet solo”. Magi-chan was in love with Christ at that point but Chris was oblivious to it but they kissed 6 months later and “it was very good indeed”.

Page 7: This page seems ti have been written today and I quote: “And then to note the three heart attacks in a minute that I’ve pulled myself back from and survive two nights ago from today’s date of June 26, 2019 (…) this book remains in progress, as does the completion of the dimension merge and the full tangible ability to physically transform into my sonichu (shouldn’t it be rosechu?) and cpu forms. I pray the completion of this page moves us all into full mutual tangibicity between 218 and c-197. This book continues on by my power (no shit, Sherlock) and hand in time with right here, right now (that explains that, then)”

Page 8: Hands down, this page is Chris’ best work yet.

Did Chris's spelling actually got worse?

Penmanship, I think. Didn't see obvious spelling errors but I'm ESL so take it with a grain of salt

 

I miss when Sonichu was just this childish mishmash of Pokemon and Sonic. Not this insane clusterbomb of delirium, Idea Guy meddling, identity politics, The Merge, any new pop culture franchise that Chris happens to like, yiffing, and of course all the self inserts.

 

How does no one at bronycon follow Chris around to get some antics on video? Like surely there are people who go just to goof on the attendees and they knew Chris was there (y’all should know him by now).

I mean, there was a Sonichu self insert that was somehow a ripoff of Link and Darkwing Duck at the same time.

 

I agree with you, but Sonichu has always been Chris' own self insert work where he indulges in the world he wishes actually existed. That is its "charm", for lack of a better word.

I've been reading up on NEETs recently, and it's amazing to compare the mental degradation some of those people undergo to Chris' decline. Chris is not just NEET he's internet famous and uniquely positioned to be increasingly delusional. I sincerely believe Chris is falling apart mentally and emotionally and all this craziness is him trying to cope. Every time he gets a little worse, he copes a little harder, gets a little more out there, but you can already see the coping mechanism slipping.

Whether anyone agrees or disagrees with the politics Chris ascribes to now actually doesn't matter, rather what matters is Chris clearly does not sincerely believe or understand the motivations for them. He is parroting memes and has found the laziest, easiest way to get people on the internet to accept him. In a way it's almost clever, someone who didn't know Chris' character and history would think I'm talking trash about him because I hate lesbian transwomen. Remember the NPC meme? That's what he's doing. That's literally what he's doing. He's just gone from parroting his parents to parroting the internet. And the internet is insane. Chris is deliberately imitating other mentally ill people. That's exponential 'tism.

As Chris degrades in mental health and becomes more and more detached from normal human experiences the comic is going to become worse and worse until eventually it becomes scary (assuming Chris is somehow still functional enough to produce it and put it on the internet at that point).

I honestly do pity him, but the sheer horror of this situation is I can't help but believe he's deliberately maneuvered himself into this position because Chris has never, ever, once in the history of Christory actually had the courage to really stand up for himself and want to become someone or something better than what he once was. I mean honestly what's the only time he really self reflected and took responsibility, that time he destroyed his Playstation? Has he ever really had an original thought or idea about the real world and how to survive in it, much less make it a better place? I don't think he has, all his thoughts are about his escape from that world.

Everything in Sonichu is an increasingly more desperate attempt at escape, but you can't run from reality forever. Court is real. Barb's waning health is real. The dimensional merge isn't.

But back to the point, I do agree, because back then we just had a young man with some funny ideas, now, we have a human being in crisis. I would rather have the former back too.

 

I said something like that on KF too.

I keep thinking what a younger CWC would've thought had he been able to see what an insane hell his future life would become.

Would he still say "and I just won?"
