Yep it's a homebrew. I used DAZ Bryce - AKA "the MSPaint of 3D". The birb on an innertube was made with just 6 things: a torus, 2 spheres, 2 metaballs, and a cone. + https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bryce_(software) + https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metaballs (I also made Christmas and Halloween versions used on KF.)
I used Bryce a long time ago once, made an animation of a flying airplane. Bryce turned me off of 3D modelling for a long time and I'm finally considering getting back into it now that I know that blender and Z-Brush aren't terrible.
I found Bryce really easy to use, but Blender and other 3D rendering stuff really hard to learn. (All I could make in Blender was a grey cube in blue void.)
The funny thing with NFT's is that it's not even the environmental impact of them that makes me dislike, it's mainly on the fact that we have enough spergs thinking apes and lion recolors will make them a quick buck.
