FB 3/1 - Selling Bob's stamp collection (3/2 - Chris bought toys afterwards)

From what I know every threat made against the president is investigated by a visit from the Secret Service. So it is highly probable that Chris was visited and told to STFU about Trump or face jail time. They even go so far to visit every threat to the president made in Psych wards/

Selling Bobs stamps fulfills two of Chris' favorite pastimes; irreverence for Bob and greed.

 

That would be something he might not want to talk about. But he could be following JK Rowling, who's been on a sperg kick about Trump the last few months.

Seeing the vid, I sorta wonder what else is in those boxes, first day covers or stamp books? Love to imaging Chris pulling those stamps out of those pages they're hinged into if he had to.

That's the sad part, he should've gotten this stuff appraised to begin with.

The whole stamp issue reminded me of this silly cartoon I watched once (and pretty prophetic too)...

Chris has it all backwards, BOB'S collection is worth thousands as a set and CHRIS'S is the bullshit one that can be sold piecemeal.

 

Well, maybe not thousands, but definitely a couple hundred.

Chris's collection should just be chalked up to a childhood project and get tossed out like most childhood projects once you reach adulthood.

We've all been there. I have a stamp collection too, but haven't really put much use into it after my youth anyway.

 

I like how he sold his dad's off piecemeal but his collection is UBER SPECIAL AND WORTH PRESERVING

 

Notice how he never mentioned his old stampbook until he could make money off of it.
And by make money I mean fuck up as usual

 

Like I said, it does look like Bob tried to get Chris interested in things other than cartoons and vidya - there's the stamp collection and the fact that he tried to teach Chris about Australia.

Also as far as childhood stamp collections go - John Lennon and Freddie Mercury both collected stamps as kids and their collections are in museums - but the collections are actually worth something and on display because they were TRUE and HONEST beloved celebrities.

Well, here's confirmation that Chris did indeed buy toys with most of the stamp money.

Both of those were bought on March 2nd. Including shipping, the cost was $50.25.

For comparison, Chris had made $68 in sales from selling Bob's stamps up to that point in time.
