General Info!

Hello!

I know I've mentioned before, but for a really long time, I had no idea what the Moderators had permissions to do around here, but now I (kind of) know!

MODERATORS:
Users with a red glow around their usernames and green "Moderator" banner (or if you're @Cyan , retina-searing #33FFEE glow)
These nerds have permissions to do stuff related to the front-end of the forum, such as:
- Post editing/deleting
- Handing out warnings
- Threadbans
- Thread editing/deleting/moving/locking
- Temporary bans
(If you guys can do other stuff, feel free to edit this.)

ADMINISTRATORS:
Users with BOLD RED (or if you're me, BOLD PURPLE) usernames. Has a light gray or light blue "Administrator" banner. Can do all the mod stuff, but can also drop the banhammer. Admins have access to the back-end crap, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Account merging
- Password resets
- Permabans/Shadowbans
- Anything related to layout or how the forum looks.
- Adding emojis

Everything else is pretty self-explanatory.

But beware the animated rainbow name.
