    I feel people's eyes are boring into my skull and sapping my soul to the extreme. Somehow when I look at people especially during over desk interviews at schools my forhead or eye area somehow feels very sore and heated in an electrical impluse way. :_C.

    Doesn't Chris know that he doesn't have to make direct eye-contact? If it's still uncomfortable to make eye-contact for longer than a second, he can just look at the bridge of the nose, the hairline, the forehead, anywhere along the lines of the eyes. People will still get the hint.

    ('Course he'd still need to consciously blink and emote, but you can't teach an old dog new tricks, I suppose.)

    If you don't it looks like you're uninterested in them, or you're haughty, etc. It's how you'd feel if you talk to someone, but they're looking out the window and not at you.
