Chris spotted in Finland

I only heard recently from a friend that still uses the Farms but according to him as well as the Reddit thread I linked, Chris was spotted in a mall in Finland.

I'll admit, I don't keep up with Chris like I use to 12 years back but it feels for lack of a better word, surreal, that Chris was spotted outside of the U.S. and this is assuming this is real and not some kind of ruse. I'm not to sure to accept it being real until further proof is out since all I seen of proof in Chris being at a Finnish mall is some recording from behind at a distance.

Especially if this is real and not just someone faking footage for clout by recording two random strangers that aren't CWC from a distance like a creep.

There's been guesing thrown around that she is because of those Duolingo Finnish lessons.

 

Yeah he has been studying Finnish. Still, if this is true that is quite amazing. I wonder what Chris thinks of another country. If you told me this would happen ten years ago I would laugh

 

One can only wonder how Chris's behavior would be in an entirely different country. I'd be somewhat surprised if Chris managed to not act like a complete fool while in Finland.

Edit: reading the CWCki, Chris had been spotted more than once, the earliest being in April of 2024. The skeptic in me feels iffy just because the shot is blurry enough that it could be some heavyset looking Finnish person or some other kind of tourist but then there is this.


Chris being spotted at Helsinki. I will say I'm still skeptical since this image doesn't show any greater area that could say if it's Finland or just some random place in Virginia unless there was metadata to the image that said where it was taken or something to help back up the claim from a Redditor that's a store employer at said shop in Helsinki.

 

So CWC finally went international. Never thought I'd see the day.

Also according to the CWCki, it was recently revealed that Chris first went to Finland back in April, but against all odds, actually kept it to himself for months.

 

Finland does not have much variation in elevation, local terrain over there is shaped by former Ice Age activity, it is very dark and cold in the winter there, and the local ways aren't that well-known abroad. If that lolcow were to travel to Europe on his own, one may expect him to pick a more famous place like France or Italy. No offense meant to anyone from Finland here, BTW.

So "Flutter" and/or "Praetor" definitely has something to do with that lolcow going there, if he's really there.

 

If I had to take a guess, I think Flutter is probably a Finnish-American with a lot of old country relatives, and she has immigrant parents. I think that's the most likely explanation.

Alternatively, Flutter could be a Finnish immigrant who came to the US as a child with her parents in the late 90s or the early 2000s.

Both possibilities are worth mentioning because people who've heard her speak all say she doesn't have an accent.

 

It honestly makes one wonder how Chris was in Finland. Chris was never the most socially aware person, especially if one looked at all the previous incidents like getting kicked out of a college classroom for a homophobic comment and what happened at the Game Place. Sure those were years ago but even then, the fact that it's just being in another country on the other side of the planet on top of Americans being seen as ignorant and loud and all, it all just makes one wonder how Chris was as a outsider tourist in that country, especially if the level of skill for the Finnish language Chris has is just like with the Spanish language years back.

 

I refuse to believe this is real.

Same. Part of me wonders how exactly it's Finland in some pics and Chris in the one I had in the OP. It just feels surreal even with it being real that Chris managed to literally fly out to another country.

 

And that he's still not on the "No Fly List"?

 

Unfortunately being a smelly motherfucker isn't enough of a prerequisite for that. Even if you qualify as a walking chemical weapon.

I don't know about him speaking it, but there is a couple of bizarre videos from earlier this year of Chris singing in Finnish...

Finnish is hard for English speakers to learn, so even if Chris speaks it like he did with his high school Spanish, I'm impressed
IIRC he's only been learning it for a year, so he's not fluent, but he could probably have a basic conversation (plus the Finnish education system is one of the best in the world and most Finns know at least basic English)

plus Finns watch a lot of American TV with Finnish subtitles, so people learn to read their native language well and understand basic English early in life
