    Considering said mobile game is about collecting cats, one can't really fuck up in copying the basic premise at least but then again, I'm sure I could be wrong.

    It actually has a tiny amount of hope in that the idea is only somewhat insane. Still likely to be botched in editing, directing, or in writing though since it's a movie about collecting cats like well... Barb.

    Went into the thread expecting a Dreamworks-style travesty with CGI animated cats, or an anime like Chi's Sweet Home.

    Was instead pleasantly surprised! I'll gladly watch a live action movie about a man who invites nice kitties into his home.
