Technically, Chris has been banned from the general public, so as of now, the list of where he isn't banned is a lot shorter.

Chris is banned from my home. He's not allowed in.

Is this just a cautionary move or does chris know where you live?

I'm pretty sure Chris isn't allowed into anyone's home now. If Chris specifically knows where they live and might show up, then I think they'd be in full "shotgun door trap" mode. At least I would.

So tomorrow is the day things either change or stay the same yet again with Chris.

IIRC it's another 6 months for Chris in the jail of fail before his case is decided
Chris's birthday is February 24th, so it's almost certain he'll be in the jail of fail on his 40th birthday

    Where'd you hear that?

it takes about a year for the case to work its way through the system, and it's been about 6 months now, so it will probably be summer or early fall when the case is decided

but yeah, Chris will most likely be stuck in the jail of fail when he turns 40

Either way, Chris' 40th birthday will likely become the new champion of "worst birthday ever", replacing the previous title holder of the 21st.

Looks like it isn't a continuance this time. I wonder how it went?

Over on KF someone who called the court said it'll be about 4 hours from now that we'll know what happened.

    (the hearing is on now)

Apparently there has been another continuance, no information on when the next date is.

How many continuances do you need to determine whether this fucker is too insane to stand trial?

    The world may never know.

On a serious note, they might have trouble getting someone to do a mental health examination, especially during covid. This probably isn't super high on the legal system's to-do list. I also can't imagine it going super fast even without a pandemic, this just makes it slower.

I know we've discussed this ad nauseum, but the legal definition of insanity is a very high standard
you can be howling mad but still stand trial (or take a plea deal)

yes, it's likely that the Commonwealth of Virginia will decide that someone who thinks he's Jesus and had sex with his mother to heal her is accountable for his actions
