Some people thrive on conflict and chaos, i.e. drama. As someone who is somewhere in the middle on Trump, Donald Trump is easily the most recognizable example I can think of as somebody with this trait, but I've known many people like that. They need that conflict in their lives to feel validation, or to give themselves "work" to do to feel purposeful.
