Meta Random Thoughts and Questions

I have and I'll do it again ( up to 10 mind you ) but yeah "confusing and unclear" is the nicest thing one could say about the comic... Because man let's not even discus the art that feels like it only got worse over the years.

 

Or the walls of text that repeatedly made me quote this every time I see one and realize that I have to read all of it just to make even the most minor commentary on the comic.

 

I've described the quality of "Sonichu" as an endless downhill slope with the occasional cliff drop.

The biggest dropoff being when the "Idea Guys" started fermenting the crazy in Chris.

 

"Chris Chan" is a toxic freak with a bloated ego and delusions of godhood, who incested his elderly mom.

Yet he lamented that no one likes him in that "black tape" (or so I heard).

 

Anyone else remember that Law and Order episode about incels, and how poorly researched it was? I wouldn't be surprised if they made a similar episode about Chris-chan. Of course they would change the names and some of the details, but it would still be obvious to be Chris (maybe with a little bit of Randy Stair thrown in). And that would be really disappointing because I'm sure they would come to the wrong conclusion about his motives.

 

Seriously, when was the last time Law and Order did research on anything?

 

Either they'd make it another Gamer Gate episode with "the internet is evil" or somehow insinuate that autism made him do it, these are television writers after all.

The more I consider Chris's behavior in public, the more I'm convinced that his comic persona and attitudes have seeped into is real self. I'm mainly referring to feeling invincible and shielded from negative consequenses for anything he does.

 

The Case of Fail goes to the grand jury tomorrow.

 

The grand jury will be shown 'evidence'. I assume that means the call Chris had with Bella, but would it potentially mean anything else? Probably not Geno's documentary though.

In Chris's more recent (and jaded) letters, he claims that Barb's relationship with Bob was predicated on him having a house.

In the bombs that dropped, Chris claims that Barb said he was a superior lover to Bob.

These might be two entirely unrelated things, but now I can't help but wonder if, to Chris, sex and home ownership are part and parcel.

 

I think sex is like an bestial instinct* to Chris - like mere sex is "love" to him.

Maybe owning a house means "a more suitable mate" to him?

*(as evidenced by the hideous "yiffing" scenes in "Sonichu")

 

Reminds me of the theory that there's no Tails character in Sonichu because of the rumors that Sonic and Tails were gay. I'd say that's a level of logical reasoning Chris isn't capable of.

More likely he just didn't need a Tails character, and Chris equates having a partner to sex in a very 'animalistic' way, but I don't see how that relates to home ownership. I mean, for GodBear's sake, he expected whatever 'girlfriend' to come and live in the hoard at 14 Branchland.

 

You know how birds with brighter, more colorful feathers than others have a higher chance of scoring a mate?

Maybe it works like that in Chris' TV-fried, "Honor Roll" brain.

 

Yeah, in Chris's mind any girl would look at his Lego and Wall of Originals and think he's their life partner.

 

Also the "Attraction Sign" "strategy" is like that of a male frigatebird.

(they just sit there and look colorful to attract females)
