Shit, has Chris stumbled upon the infamous "controlling girlfriend"?

"If you want me to stay with you, there's gonna be some changes made....mostly from you...."

 

And how is that different from any other day?

 

He looks more broken up about it then usual. Like, it almost looks like he got to "Chris sobbing about his father's passing on a troll call" levels.

Things are coming in kinda vague right now, but from what it looks like, the possible current situation is that Chris made the concession that he'll stop listening to the LazyCast and commenting on it in exchange for JQ forgiving him and taking him back.

Whether or not this is correct is anyone's guess though.

 

I obviously don't know Jessica apart from what has been shared here but I do get the impression that she's a very controlling woman, like Duhtay Wodes said. I guess, if that's the case, he's getting his wish and dating his mother.
She also seems to be insanely jealous and that bodes even worse. How long before she (if this goes anywhere) forbids him from seeing what few friends he has?

This really does seem to indicate that JQ is basically one of those "girlfriends" who is going to put an insane amount of demands on Chris in exchange for her being in a relationship with him:

"You want me to stay with you? You're giving up this, this, this, and this.....it's either those things or me...."

 

Pretty sad version of White Knighting, wouldn't you say?

 

It really comes off as an EXTREME version of trying to improve Chris, if you really think about it hard enough:

"Chris, all of these changes are for your own good, trust me...."

Personally, I'm just curious to see what the hell happens next.....is the date still on? Will Chris fuck up again? Is JQ a troll after all?

Just thinking about that for a second: That's something chris hasn't experienced before: a gal pal who's a completely overbearing, crazy, jealous cunt who flips out on him for the smallest reason. If jess is an elaborate troll devoted to giving chris a emotional beatdown each time he does something she doesn't like; we could be in for quite the entertaining ride.

 

Not saying I disagree, but I don't really have a lot of interest in this guy's Love Quest in general, so I guess I don't really care about how things go either way. Unless she starts actually hurting him. That- that wouldn't be cool to watch.
