In regards to legality it's not gonna get Chris swatted or anything. I'm not a lawyer but he left property in a place he doesn't reside. So really he abandoned it. Even if so cops aren't gonna care selling cheap toys someone forgot 20 years ago.

I'm sure Cole isn't even aware unless weens told him.

Chris is really at rock bottom but every time we say that it gets worse.

In chris mind these things mean a lot to Cole because Chris and barb are hoarders. So he's really being both cruel and an addict with this.

It's stupid and a laugh but it has a touch of darkness if you think on it a second. Chris is flailing trying to cause pain towards Cole to get interaction.

This is like a little kid throwing Legos at you so you come talk to him. The 4 year old grows up and learns this is bad behavior.

I happen to love diving, and collect vintage diving stuff, so that skin diving book is neat, but I would snag it on ebay not from Chris for a myraid of reasons.

But I could sum it up with I'm not an idiot so I won't give Chris money, aside the taxes I am forced to pay so he can keep being well, Chris.

I can't help but imagine Chris sifting through the hoard tossing aside the Hope Diamond or an original Picaso only to emerge with Cole's old homework to sell.

Just so we’re clear,
Items left behind by a previous tenant (Cole) are considered surrendered after a period no less than 30 days, it depends on the state, but most states it’s 30 days. In the eyes of the law, all that shit belongs to the current residents (Chris and Barb.) Chris is not stealing or selling possessions that belong to anyone else.
IF Cole was dumb enough to argue this he’s
1.) Highly unlikely to win anything in small claims, wasting time and money.
2.) Has his phone number and current address published in a court subpoena, which is visible to the defendant (Chris and/or Barb.)
Chris knowing Coles contact information is bad for Cole. At best Chris blows up Cole’s phone every time Barb needs banana dentures. At worst, Chris actually shows up to Cole’s residence.

One crazy idea I have is Chris is selling Cole’s old stuff to try baiting Cole to contact them. Chris can’t let go of his childhood and sell his toys, and he’s so autistic he thinks Cole has the same problem. So Chris might be selling Cole’s old stuff in an effort to upset Cole enough that he begs Chris to stop.

Cole might be self-righteous, arrogant, rude and a general douche, but he’s not this dumb.

In what should be a surprise to absolutely nobody here, that Peter Criss signature is not real. Neither is Bruce Lee’s. The real legal trouble comes from Chris assuming they are and advertising them like that.

 

I dunno-Chris did refer to Cole's old things as "crap" (hypocritically) and I think Cole has him blocked on everything- Chris may be using this as a way for Cole to 'visit' his family, as I don't think he has in years (maybe 2004??). Many believe Chris has run out of Bob's things to sell,so he decided to sell all of Cole's things. I mean, it was stuff left behind yes, but usually the best thing to do (especially if it's personal items like comics and what appear to be diplomas/awards) the best thing to do is be courteous and get the owner's permission to sell them, or at least give them the money (I think Chris claimed he was going to split the money 50/50, but we know Cole's 50 was spent by Chris). Chris already tried drawing a picture of Cole burning money (again, hypocritically) then begging him to give to his "mother and sister" as a guilt trip, when Cole makes even less than Chris does on Patreon ( i think its like...less than 1/10).

The items are more than likely not of any value- comics in mint condition sell for more (if you ask certain collectors), but since they were read by Cole (fingerprints), stored in boxes for years (possibly smell), possible smoke/water damage from the fire, etc- they are probably worth little to nothing. Chris tries to make it worth more by signing each comic to make it "authentic", and then believing his brother is a super popular/well known movie critic.

You know, with all the information Chris has put out over the years (name, address. phone number, etc) im actually surprised he was never swatted/had anything terrible happen. Perhaps people are waiting for another Twitch stream to swat him? I think the 'worst' that's ever happened by putting his address out was Clyde sending hookers to the house.

 

That's the irony of this, Chris is just being a dick.

I'm not surprised about that in the slightest, the 70s Kiss stuff in that folder is easily worth $150 for a fan, with or without the Chris/Cole connection. I was actually telling a friend that if Chris had included the original Love Gun vinyl (which might still be around somewhere, if Cole had the gun and the inserts, he must have had the vinyl) he could have actually sold the folder for more. Normally, an original 1970s copy of Love Gun with the original inserts goes for $250-$350.
