Honestly, it would be an improvement over the original Jesus story. What is the ultimate plan for an all-knowing, all-powerful being?

1. Make humans in a way that you don't like.
2. Punish them for being the way you made them.
3. Do the most morally reprehensible shit around and insist that you're goodness and love is greater than anything.
4. Knock up a preteen with your son who is also you, so you can sacrifice yourself to yourself to make loopholes for rules you yourself created and save humanity from........ yourself.

 

That's why I believe the true God isn't as described in the Bible's literal sense - not one who can't forgive.

Also Christ in the literal sense of the Bible acted more selfless than how "Chris Chan Sonichu" acts.

Christ told people to leave their families so they could follow him and kiss his ass all day, cursed a fig tree for not bearing fruit (even though it was not the season for it), and told people germs wouldn't hurt them. Plus, he was also supposed to be his dad, and the Yahweh character is way more selfish than Chris ever was.

Anyway, I doubt Chris reads the Bible any way other than literal, so an angry smiting god must resonate with a guy who wants to "Kra-Kow!" people who make fun of him.

 

I wouldn't be surprised at God of the Bible being something you can't describe literally. Then again, and this comes from an unironic believer of GodJesus, one could also consider the Bible itself getting a bunch of different translations with all the possible errors in bound. All that can fail to know about context and all the other shit in translating Hebrew and the Greek and Latin from those times. Imagine if English evolved that our version would be considered ancient. People of the far future would of thought CWC being a literal god that had CWCVille as paradise until those dang dirty trolls ruined it all.

To tl;dr on Demiurge: basically is what God is in being a douche that created this universe and has us suffer for it while there's some even higher power that wants to free us. Also to note from a guy that unironically believes in Christ, there's a verse from him saying he came bearing a sword rather than bringing peace which if you think of it in a certain way, would be rather true at least in some sense if one considered events where blood was spilled in the name of Christianity, whether directly or as a lip service with things like the Crusades and Manifest Destiny.

 

Boy, it would be cool if an all-powerful being had the power to clarify whether any of this is true or not.

There's something disturbing about the idea that Christ - as conceived of by Chris - would use a furry "WAY PAST COOL" hedgehog design from the X-TREME '90s as a divine avatar.
