Just an unrelated story that I find amusing. When I was a kid my sister had a blank unlabelled tape with an MLP movie on it, and my dad had a tape that contained the second part of one of his favorite movies, The Odyssey movie from 1968, which he had taped when it aired. Every once in a while he'd watch the first part of the movie, it would end and then he'd switch to what he thought was the second part only to hear the cartoon ponies and cry out "Not again!" or "Damn it, every time!" He tried to erase the tape by recording another movie over it, but my sister refused to let him do that.

What happened to that tape? Well, it's in the dump now, but before it was thrown away dad recorded an episode of CSI on it as an act of vengeance.

Not to powerlevel too much but I was a tax preparer at one point. Used to talk to IRS on the phone and everything.

They don't give and wouldn't give two shits about Chris. Also, people submit "tips" against people they just don't like all the damn time, hoping to use the government to harass people. Unless you have hard evidence you can supply (protip, give it to the FBI) and it was for an amount of money anyone cares about, it will go nowhere in a hurry. Government is bogged down with that kind of shit and ignores most of it.

IRS is easy to hate on, but they legitimately have much bigger problems to tackle and they aren't your personal boogeyman. It's true they do have to audit some lower paid people (like people who get mostly tips) but the fact is most of their efforts are going after amounts with several zeroes after them, not autistic fat ladyboy's measly SSD pension and pitiful Patreon pittance.

Personally I think welfare has ruined Chris and several other lolcow's lives, but that's just me.

It kinda depends. I've seen and known some bullies throughout my school days where, once you stood up to them, or gave them a good smack to the mouth or punch to the nose, they backed down *very* quickly. Not all of them, mind you, but a good portion of them, when they realized you weren't afraid/would fight back, usually backed off.
