A huge and poorly-balanced variety of ~cool things~ for characters to be? Check.
Obnoxious author-favorite characters that ~STEAL THE SHINE AND LIMELIGHT~ from what should be the focal characters? Check.
Somebody throw twenty bucks at Phil Brucato. I'll show those snooty Assamites when I come to the table with my precisely-broken Fairy/Electric-type Hedgehog Pokemon.

And then Onyx Path tries to turn it into a playable game.

1. Kamen Rider is perfectly calibrated to Sell Toys To Children. Financhu Crisis averted, Chris wallows in royalties.
2. All the weeby nonsense in Sonichu isn't so weeby when it's in a Japanese thing anyway.
3. Sonichu medallions become perfect henshin gimmick devices.
4. Stupid attack names, when yelled in Engrish, become awesome attack names.
5. We can have a summer crossover movie and Decade can make fun of Sonichu.

If we're just messing around here, I think it would be amusing if there was a Sonichu Crossover with One Piece. For one thing, they'd be brought down a peg due to the differences in power between them and most people in One Piece you could think of. Also, it'd be funny to see character interactions between them and the characters from One Piece, since they'd be interacting with each other from entirely different starting points. It'd also be funny to see Chris try to hit on one of the female Straw Hats, only to be destroyed each time he tries. Also, I say this because we have a character that's actually a combination of what Chris thinks of himself and how we see him:

Low-key autistic, big and fat, tyrannical, outrageously powerful in-universe, a person that actually does some gross stuff (in this case having a backstory where she eats people by accident, and Chris probably wouldn't do that), obviously female, the resemblance is interestingly close...
