I am not sure about the laws in Virginia, but when my licence plate had to be changed out I always had to return them to the DMV.

If Chris ends up with more money than John's Patreon and John fails to get into congress, would that mean that he was foiled by Chris in a way? Even though John is going to fail anyway.

 

Chris passes better than John, makes more money with hipster welfare and actual welfare than John and creates better works of fiction than John. Yeah, I'd say Chris is more accomplished than John Frankenchina.
