I foresee him strait up demanding that they give his car back (NOW NOW NOW NOW NOOOOW!) with an angry sonichu picture attached, followed by ordering other people to protest against the Repo men mixing in his SLGBTQ pride bullshit in the process, followed by desperate pleading and whining, followed by another angry outburst where he claims that its everyone else's fault that he doesn't have a car anymore because they're heartless troll JERKS, followed by an angry sonichu picture expressing this, followed by him begging people to give him money so he can buy a new car.

In the middle of all this, if he doesn't just stop making Sonichu comics as another means of protesting, he might just drop everything to switch to an arc where Son-Chu gets kidnapped by the evil REPO Jerks and he and Sonichu exact bloody vengeance against them by knocking down another building or some shit.

I couldn't find a good article on the cwciki, but from what I recall, they have the new Ford Focus, a van with a cracked engine, and an old BMW that they never drive because they can't be bothered to learn how to drive a stick shift.

I could have sworn that Barb and Chris donated the cracked engine car for scrap, then both got pissed when they got way less money then they expected from it.

You know I always thought the first people to sue Chris would be the LoGatto and Cash Holding Company.

As @Yawning Sneasel mentioned in a thread, now would be a good time for Chris's farts to make him fly.

I feel the same way. I leave the CWCki Club for the summer (it's my work's busy season so I pretty much live at my job), and come back to this, Sonichu 11 AND 12, plus some weird shit with Doopie. Miss a little with Chris and you can miss a lot.

But back to the lecture at hand.

What type of welfare is Chris's tugboat? If it's social security, then I don't think they can take any of it.

It is not able to be garnished, now on the event Chris makes money and pays taxes on it (lol right) that will be able to be garnished. Also, this kinda stuff will flag him from even the most agressive high risk lenders at this point, so to say he's getting off scott free is not exactly correct he won't be able to even get pay day loans. He will have to play a bottom loss and depressing game of pawning shit to buy new shit... that will be pawned at a loss.

    Question:
So I know Chris's income can't be garnished because disability, but how will Chris's credit fare? Before this suit I was always under the impression that Chris paid the monthly minimum every month so the credit score was fine, all things considered.
You're saying this will affect Chris's ability to get payday loans and yeah, that makes sense, but what about credit cards, will this alone start the road to Chris not being able to score Best Buy cards or a Mastercard, or will they're always be a credit card out there that will approve Chris?
Also what will happen in the future when Chris needs something on credit/loan, like an appliance for 14bc or a car? How bad will Chris be fucked?

Most credit cards are unsecured, but there are some secured credit cards for people with no or bad credit. You give the company $50 in collateral and you get a $500 a month credit line. Usually people with no credit can get enough of a credit history in a few years to get a regular credit card.

I can't make a sure statement on regards to his FICO, part of the credit game is always changing the rules because, you can't get ahead then. Some of those places are tied in a lot aren't meaning you pay them back with no report to a reporting company unless a default so unless you are totally up a creek a place to avoid, but in regards to judgements yes they shows up on scoring. I don't know how clean he started or how he's sitting, but it seems like he spends what he does on payments and inspending. So, if he's under water say 200 bucks pays 20 as a min... he's spending 20 on that card.

Depending how bad you are sometimes they ask 1:1, others less. So depends in regards of chris pulling 500 bucks or so out of his ass... Paging Dstaks?

I can't say I've seen it posted what if Chris has in regards to credit and how deep, but while in some ways he's their best sucker, he's also gonna spend himself out of the market because, he's Chris.

He may also be stuck paying for some of Barb's debts when she dies. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if Barb made him take this loan on her behalf.

IIRC, we discussed on the farms that Chris can't inherent Barb's debt, unless she makes Chris co-sign loans and they're still in Chris's name which yeah, they probably are.

This may also be the case I wouldn't rule it out but, again it's safe because it's SSDI. Stuff like a funeral and prop tax are going to be quite the sticky wicket for Chris though.

I think we mostly all would agree Cole would not help, or care with any planning etc. I think out of pity for Chris his family might give a few bucks for the most modest thing and then feel morally ok to wipe their hands more than already have been of the Chandlers.

Survivor benefits will not go to Chris, he's not eligible. Blob might be the straw to break financechu's back as it literally creates an expense that's large for the house hold and cuts income that they already are behind on, in half.

Despite all her coddling of Chris, Barb is the kind of person who would make Chris do something like that for the sake of increasing her horde. Chris would sign thinking nothing of it until after Barb dies and the banks start wondering were there money is going to come from. I really can't see the banks giving loans to someone so old and with as bad credit as Barb unless Chris's ass was also part of the deal.

I assume Chris should be declaring his Patreon earnings come tax time, which he certainly will not do.

If the IRS ever found out, what would happen?

According to Pateron FAQ, Chris would need to file tax for Pateron if he's pulling in at least 600 a year, which he is. So I don't believe he had to for 2016, but he's currently at ~500 a month so yes, he should. He might not think about this so yeah, he probably won't.
Unless Pateron sends out an automated email to everyone who makes 600/year that taxes are a thing and they'll send a w2, which is possible.

Kinda morbid but wanna bet Chris will e-beg for money for Barb's funeral? And then he will blow that money as well?

Unless he has a business set up I don't think he has to declare any of it unless it's over a certain amount, like 20k (which I highly doubt). You'd think the IRS would pay attention to these people on SSI and their side incomes but Chris is such a small fish he can fly under the radar.

He should be declaring but i doubt he would actually pay much if anything in the way taxes. Typically with tax evasion of a scale Chris is relevant the IRS just audits you then gives you a chance to pay them back.

Honestly, Barb dying would be great for Chris's finances.
