Arfenhouse

Arfenhouse was a series of computer games made with the Official Hamster Republic Role-Playing Game Construction Engine. It was made to mock the lazy and poorly written kinds of games new users tended to churn out and dump in the community games sites Operation:OHR and CastleParadox.

It stars Housemaster, a vaguely humanoid blob of default colors with what is allegedly a slice of white bread for a head and his zany antics of swearing at people in misspelled all-caps, as well as his wacky friends and enemies with a similar schtick.

The creator of the games moved on from the engine and its communities, using the same characters and interactions within the fiction to mock the low-quality schlock flash movies on Newgrounds. He seems to leave communities just around the time referencing his works becomes as spergy and overdone as the very things he makes them to mock.

I'm very fond of this series. I consider it an example of being able to invoke so-bad-it's-good intentionally, especially when mocking the piss-poor artistic efforts of others. Kinda like Asperchu in that way.
