Seems you really can't do that on television (anymore).

 

It's sad. This is why I can't watch TV anymore!

 

Based on what The Simpsons is like now, or that new Discovery series of Star Trek, I don't think you're missing much. I don't really keep up with TV either.

Felt pretty good about myself yesterday as I finished a commission for someone elsewhere I used several mediums on (mostly ink and watercolor).

They actually came from a special painting set sold at the Ghibli Musuem over in Japan I got a friend to mail me earlier this year! I was glad to get these!

you are one lucky dude then. I prefer to use a computer and mouse (to get what I posted on the thread a few times, I use the curve snap tool on Fire Alpaca)

 

Somehow I like using real tools in my hands more than the usual computer stuff.

I only wish I had those fancy Nicker Poster Colors to work with, apparently that's what a lot of Japanese studios use for their backgrounds!

 

We all have our preferences regarding art which is perfectly fine
