God the closer I look at that paint job the more I just want to take it away from him and show him how to fucking paint. The yellow looks caked on, more proof that he doesn't water down his paint. Its just one coat that's plastered on like a hooker's makeup. meanwhile that green diamon shape is so lazily put on he didn't get on thick enough, which suggests chris did this all at once and didn't even shake all the water off his brush when he went from brown to green paint. And the brown's a fucking mess. 6 year olds making macaroni art look at this and go 'damn what a piece of shit.'

 

Oh, we all do! I still feel like he shat on this the way that brown color is used.

I get the impression that cel painted Sonichu/Rosechu thing he has on the wall is the same way! You could probably see right through them!

 

It just boggles my mind that chris takes his fantasy world so super cereal yet puts zero effort into it. I used to paint warhammer models on request at my local hobby store and I took pride in what I did. In the span of 3 years I went from newb to being able to use an airbrush and all sorts of techniques, basic color theory, and I didn't go to any sort of college or classes. In 3 years I'm a decent guy to request painting your models for you. in 10 years chris hasn't progressed beyond 'pour whole bottle on object and glob it around.'

Every once in a while chris reminds me of how lazy he is an it astounds me.

 

He lost the top half of his original one, implying he still has the bottom half, the hoard grows more and this is why he can not have nice things.

 

If he holds that paintbrush the same way he holds a pen, that probably answers everything.

I hope he gets a clue sooner or later once Barb keels over to clean that up.

I think what Bronymate means to ask is "if you perverts could go to a cartoon fantasy world and fuck a 2-dimensional pony, which one would you fuck?". A serious thought provoking question for these folks.
