chris carrying a bat is disturbing. However if he has that in his hands and starts screaming incoherently (standard chris vocalization) at someone, then that can be concidered threatning with intent. If he actualy touches someone while holding the bat (he does not have to touch them with the bat, just make physical contact) the the charges could range from aggravated assault to assault with a deadly weapon.

If chris hits himself with the bat then comedy ensues.

 

Chris has no idea what he could be getting himself into by brandishing that bat everywhere

 

IF chris somehow waddles away from assault with a baseball bat i will completely give up all hope of the prison saga.

 

What I have found is that if the weapon is concealed and its not a gun you can have it concealed without a conceal and carry license if and only if you meet the requirements for getting a said ccw license which Chris can't get because of his assault charge (and possibly his mental condition). All this means is that Chris can't conceal the bat weather or not you would consider that bat conceal is up for debate but perhaps the prison saga isn't too far fetched given how Chris has acted in the past. That trespassing case that Chris hasn't showed up to the past two times, if Chris doesn't show up to this next one (June 5th) I think the court with send out a warrant for his arrest; this is would likely be the catalyst for further troubles for Chris. So the state sends out some officers to track down Chris, Chris has a history of fighting with authorities, Chris has fantasies of the police being evil and himself being an unstoppable fighter, Chris carries a bat around with him everywhere he goes; I'll let you fit the pieces tougher. So ya...









Also if Chirs takes the bat to church it's a class 4 misdemeanor (§ 18.2-283) or a class 1 misdemeanor if he takes it to court (§ 18.2-283.1)

 

If they issue a warrant it’d be great if Live PD could get a camera crew out to Ruckersville. The payoff would be huge.

 

The best we can hope for is body cam footage.

Chris has always shown up to court dates in the past, I'd be really surprised if he's just been blowing them off.

Agree that Chris carrying a bat around is a really bad development. He was quick to whip out the mace for no reason at all, no way it ends well if he tries to threaten someone with a bat.

 

Begging saves the day again

 

Only chris could make begging for food money sound like a ordeal.

Like he has the strength to actually hurt someone with it. The only way Chris could get a KO would if the victim took his bat and hit themselves with it.

 

That is sarcasm there... is it not.

 

Probably more likely he’d knock himself out with the bat Three Stooges style.

 

I’m not worried about anyone other than Chris getting hurt.

 

I mentioned this to some friends, but I have that same shoulder bag - it came with the Collector’s Edition of Infamous... 2(?) and the top hole where he has the neck of the bat sticking out isn’t big enough to fit the pommel through.

In order for him to get that thing through there, he had to thread the bat through, which probably wasn’t the easiest task and will be near impossible to get the bat out of the bag quickly in the event of an emergency (even if the bag didn’t have crap in it.) So if he were to perceive he was in trouble and starts flailing the bat around (with bag,) it’s no longer just a baseball bat.
