Not sure if you could call him a weeb. He superficially aped the artstyle for a while only to impress Megan, and steals bits from Dragonball Z and the like, but he doesn't really display anything close to a serious, deep interest in any anime outside of Pokemon & Yu-Gi-Oh.

Presumably his interest in Hyperdimension Neputina is solely boob driven.

 

Like I said, even a deep interest in anime isn't necessarily weeb.

And that's pretty much a given.

Hmm..i remember playing a Neptunia game on my vita a year or two ago.. and i remember it being 5 minutes of rpg style combat i liked..and then 25 minutes of visual novel..and continuing that cycle..forever. The voice acting was great and the presentation wasnt the problem.. i just found myself craving more actual gameplay.. Im going to assume thats how the entire neptunia series is...

But when i google this one, i get rpg combat images and not much visual novel - IS THERE AN ACTUAL GAME IN THIS ONE?

Nah man that's just anime no one looks older than 16 as a rule of thumb.

I don't think that's the case. An anime character can look any age. Just having big eyes and cartoonish proportions doesn't automatically mean 16 or under.

So even if one doesn't like anime, it's still not a good idea to go accusing Chris of having a certain questionable fetish just yet -- at least aside from Zapina and those "dumb laws."

 

Well, Chris does follow Shadman and favorited some of his questionable drawings so I wouldn't rule it out just yet.
