Meta What If?

I'm not sure how much a difference it would make since the trolls would have still come to Chris anyway. The only real thing that Chris's discovery of ED led to was him getting banned from the GAme PLace and the dissolution of his friendship with Megan. All of these would have happened anyway, but Chris's reaction to ED just made it happen faster.

I mean it's a possibility but afaik he wasn't a very good student and probably only had a basic understanding of how to use the programs he trained on and never really learned anything about visual presentation.

 

What if Chris somehow succeeded in producing a daughter, which he then had to raise without the mother?

If there are people who unironically look up to Chris in the future then we're doomed as a species.

 

Well, the nature of art is that younger artists continually invent/reinvent new styles. Those styles then become the norm, and new styles are invented in their place, in an endless cycle. So hopefully, the revolutionary artists will eventually get us back to something decent.

 

Chris claimed to be an inventor like Leonardo, but to be honest his (Chris's) inventions were junk whereas Leonardo's contraptions even if they were never mass produced had a great deal of functionality

Now if there was no Internet, it's like someone else said: Chris would likely be a "local legend" given the number of bans.

 

He'd have learned a marketable skill, making it even more frustrating that he just shits himself and does nothing.
