YT 3/18 - A little Fluttershy singing

Personally, it's hard to get mad at good unions, but it's these ridiculous unions like the teachers union that people get mad at. It seems as though those unions got everything they wanted early, then just kept asking (and receiving) more, to the point where it gets ridiculous. Like the voice actors who were (allegedly) asking for $300 an hour, or the teachers in my province who would go on strike a ridiculous amount of times. I've actually mentioned before how one time the teachers union called a strike, and the teachers actually went against the strike because they didn't want any of the benefits the union was asking for, they just wanted to work.



The sad thing is that there are companies who are trying to structure the company so that there is less chance of unions forming. For instance, in fast food, cinemas and retail, employees are either not given titles for their job, or their positions are shifted every two months. This is so that they don't form a union, which is something that I feel deserves to be looked at.
