Honestly, I really lean to the Synder, issues. He escalated it, it was a dumb angry crazy person not caring about another human life because he didn't get his way. In that moment of being upset he couldn't get what he want he really disregarded human life because his ego was bruised. It's an autistics version of shooting someone for stepping on your fresh new Pumas.

As mentioned before, the fire, was just stupidity, with how he's around hoarding and laziness it's hard to place the blame on anything aside the fact they were on borrowed time, it coulda very well been a dozen other things earlier.

Pmurt threats, were a bit more worrying because he WILL escalate, but Chris is in no way able to dye his hair correctly let alone even attempt to put the POTUS at risk. When John Hinkley looks like James Bond next to you...
