Seeing Chris slip on his art seems so profoundly sad to me. Sonichu is both to the world and to him his biggest achievement. He isn't wrong when he says it's the best thing he's done in his life. So he puts less into it as things get worse. It shows how no matter what any sort of work even the shit he loves isn't worth it to him.

Perhaps I'm over thinking all but chris coulda had a much better life if he wasn't lazy even with his tism. Sonichu drawn out once a month etc embrace his Mary sue life. Play vidya 95% otherwise. In reality he'd never get caught making money on welfare. He'd have money for toys and micky ds non stop he'd be happier.

I agree with you regarding what you are saying; Chris never did anything worthwhile except for sonichu which became famous for reasons he never intended. I also agree with what you said about him being better off if he wasn't so lazy at the same time.

 

I always thought Chris re-read all of his comics again and again as part of his egotism.
