He should have gone for a pedometer instead, though I'm not sure if Hutt locomotion is measured in steps.

Why....is his Dommy (whoever that is) making him wear an ankle bracelet?

Just looked up the brand and it turns out its just a dummy. I'm guessing because its "kinky". Still, glad to known they are managing their limited resources wisely.

His drunkard is out of the country? I'm sorry, for being poor he went to a tranny gang bang out of state and now on another vacation?

Seriously, if you want welfare reform just put Toren's spending out on the table. FFS.

The 'domme' is just one of Phil's stupid made up headmate alters I believe, IIRC. So he's just showing off his wasted money to sub to himself like the autism riddled ouroboros he is.

I think the "Domme" is referring to his roommate / sort of sexual partner its complicated. Anyhow I wouldn't be surprised if she bought it and told Phil it was real just to deter him from getting into trouble.

    EDIT: I stand corrected.

Phil named them "Xochi." An earlier headmate named "Amaterasu" -- which could be a ADFing of the sun goddess of Shinto -- was killed off. Phil claims to have an entire village of headmates living in his cheese-addled brain.

Good grief. Not even Chris went down that route (except that time he feigned bipolar disorder to get the trolls to fuck off)

Well, its at times like this that I'm glad Phil doesn't have the money management skills to purchase a gun.

Even if he did, he still can't buy one because he's been in psychiatric hold for spudding out, IIRC.

In theory, he could buy one at a gunshow and avoid a background check but I doubt a seller would see Phil and think, "boy that person looks mentally stable enough to buy a gun." I'm not sure Oregon even allows gun shows actually.

Gun shows are too right-wing (or "fascist") for a place like Oregon.

In Portland, maybe. There's plenty of 'white homeland' fuckers who wish they could have their west coast new dixieland towards the mountains though from what I understand. In fact, let's do a little internet search and find out; https://gunshowtrader.com/gunshows/oregon/

    Oh, my, October 21-22...

Just because it's at a show, doesn't matter, FFLs ALWAYS need to deal with their bound book. There is no, and never has been a gun show loop hole.

Oregon always does not allow private transfers, at all. If you want to sell a long arm, or pistol you need to use an FFL. Phil has faked owning a fire arm before, while he was in PA a state that is quite lax in it's firearm laws (you still need an FFL for pistols and this was post a shrink hold so it was clearly fake aside it literally being a fake gun)

Both private sellers and more so FFLs have the right to refuse service, and anyone on the up and up will take this path. Do you want to say "well he was tweaking and seemed shady but I sold him a fire arm?" More so if that's your career? Most of the time in private sales you do a bill of sale even while not a back round check same as a 4473 you just pass info to make sure it's known who is now the legal owner, in regards to loss, theft, or worse of all crime.

I've mentioned this, it feels like every time someone mentions the words "phil" and "firearm". But people still seem to get worried that Phil has any of the abilities to buy anything, that's not an anime themed "weapon", bondage stuff or blocks of cheese.

    tl;dr
Taylor Swift will give me a rim job for a super bowl half time show before Phil gets a gun.

PS... tay tay, you are always welcome to you know....

    Edit:
The gun show loop hole is a blatant lie, point blank period. What it is really, is this might shock you, people at gun shows, own, like, collect, buy and trade... guns. Now as I mentioned before some states allow private sales, of some arms, others do not. Either way people bring guns to sell whom are not FFLs, in states with no rules on private sales, you can do a "no back round check required" sale that's a private sale. Now really if you think for a second, it's a gun show, if you want guns or want to sell them that's where you go. Like any other trade show. Most everyone there is an FFL whom has firearms, they can not sell with out the same back round check they do in store.

In states with private sales, you can do them there, some private sellers will still make you FFL transfer for all parties legal safety. Yes, some people who own guns will take an extra step to weed trouble makers out. So what the gun show loop hole is, is private sales, but implying that gun shows are a place Joe Crack head walks in to get a 25 dollar full auto AK47 with baby seeking bullets. Private sales if allowed, happen everywhere, and anywhere. I've bought guns literally out of the trunk of someone I met at a bar. Legally. He was hard up for money deer season was over. I ran to the ATM and signed a bill of sale 20 minutes later that 11-87 (that he left out doesn't always cycle so well) was legally mine.

As I mentioned earlier, with Phil, selling him a gun isn't worth it, even if you were a shady gun sales person because you KNOW he's gonna do some dumb shit and narc you out. I really doubt he's got anyone who would put their neck on the line to straw by, and that implies there's a single person in his circle who could legally own a fire arm.

So there are multiple factors keeping Phil from owning a firearm besides his inability to save for one. If we count the fact that Phil's cowardice would prevent him from actually using one we can all rest easy.

I wish I could like this post 50 times. As a gun nerd, I'm constantly having to correct these very basic objective and apolitical facts and have been for years.

The only thing I can add is that in my experience (I have bought and sold guns privately several times), the people who do tend to buy guns in (normal) private sales (not some shady Deep Web shit) tend to be collectors or already gun owners and most private sales are people who already own guns selling them to each other. It's no different than comic books or coins in that regard.

I used to turn a mild side profit looking for guns for sale and buying them from people who wanted to sell right away or who appreciated the convenience I offered, and waiting for the right buyer, effectively "flipping" them. Like I knew a guy who loved .44 Magnum Smith and Wesson N frames of a certain vintage who would pay more for them than most would, just for example. I never "flipped" a gun to anybody who didn't already have dozens of them.

There's guys like me out there, sure, but most of them tend to be retired old codgers looking to fill time and nearly all of them are, as I've said multiple times, already gun owners many times over. It is an amusing little hobby because hey, you get to go look at guns. People think it's like this bizarre, TV show or movie style criminal underworld and it's not, it's just a bunch of people obsessed with a particular collectible swapping with each other.

I quit doing it because eventually I wasn't earning minimum wage at my job any more and there just wasn't enough margin in this venture to justify the time and hassle. Also I kind of suck at this type of hustle because I love guns and I feel bad if I don't pay "enough", and I tend to tell the client what the gun's actually worth.

The last time I bought a gun privately was just a few weeks ago when my uncle died and I bought one of his pistols from his widow who badly needed money to pay for her immediate expenses until things can sort themselves out.

Also, according to Kiwi Farms, Philsbury dough boy is pretending to be under house arrest by his headmate.
