Joe Cracker (real name Robert C. McGee) is an aspring filmmaker from South Carolina who became an internet joke through his attempts at getting his own Zelda script (based on the 80s cartoon) made into an official and licensed Nintendo movie. Unfortunately, the film was never made but sections of the script were animated and voiced by three individuals who acquired the script from Joe after pretending to be John Grusd, the man who produced the 80s Zelda cartoon (Part one, part two and part three). The script was later posted on the internet and can be read here.

Although the Zelda Movie was never made, Joe did go on to make three dreadful "movies" by himself, with additional help from family members. The first movie is The Unknown Creature which was partly made for the purpose of financing the Zelda animation. The movie is basically Joe and his brother walking through woods and pointing at trees, animal bones and paper plates while explaining how each was somehow related to an unknown BigFoot-like monster. The whole thing is ad-libbed and pretty much made up on the spot, resulting in a fascinatingly boring film. Joe's still proud of this project and even released a 10th anniversary edition of the movie on DVD. Yes, in order to watch the film you had to buy it on Amazon, although as of right now it seems to be unavailable. If you want to see how this thing looks then watch the video below.

The other two films are Gateway to Hell and VoiceOver Insanity, neither of which I've watched. Gateway to Hell seems to be similar to The Unknown Creature and VoiceOver Insanity is basically a bunch of unfunny sketches "animated" and voiced by Joe himself. Unfortunately I can't find any footage of VoiceOver Insanity online, so this video on Gateway to Hell will have to do.

And yes, Gateway to Hell and VoiceOver Insanity were previously available to buy on Amazon until recently.

Well his usual process was ordering other people to do all the work while doing nothing constructive himself.
