    Chris not only opposes the death penalty; he allowed first-degree murderers to have weekend passes from prison in CWCVille.

    One was a niggo named Willie Horton who murdered a Male in a robbery, stabbing him 19 times. Despite a life sentence, Horton received 10 weekend passes from prison. Horton fled with Sonic speed, kidnapped a young couple, stabbing the Male and serially raping his sweetheart from the Ground-Up.

    Weekend prison passes. Chris on crime.
