    I have no idea what "beware of the biscuit" means. Perhaps he has been playing a solitaire version of Soggy Biscuit under his bridge.

    Phil in semi-supervised housing is probably the best situation for both him and the public. Though with his track record, that entire post could be a load of lies and half-truths.

    The collar almost needs no comment, but it does distract from him having one of the most blatant blank autism stares ever in that photo.

    "Very high up on the waitlist" means to me that he has a high number, i.e. that there are many people ahead of him in the queue. Then again this could just be his autistic way of trying to say the exact opposite. :confused:

    It would be funny if he thought he was getting an apartment this summer but he's not realistically up for such a sweet deal until four or five years from now.
