    I'm more confused by why his profile pic is doge now. Shouldn't it at least be on a bicycle or something?

    It's an imaginary country Phil made up years ago. He's meticulously drawn out all the roads and made an insane number of road signs for it. He's a political functionary there, but former prime ministers include Jennifer Lopez. He also tried to expel (exterminate) all the Jews there once. And there are no cars so everyone is forced to travel across the entire not-small nation on bicycles.

    It is a very sad and autistic place.
