    I was unaware that the human body had more than one scalp, but that could be a tattoo term or I could just be a sped. In an age where everyone has a camera phone paying $20 for pics of your tattoos is fucking retarded, though.

    Where does Phil get the money for these tattoos? Basic ones can cost up to $60-$90 for just basic black outline/simple shading ones that I know of from personal experience.
