    You can blame dumbass weens like DStecks for that.

    Since the totem sold for the price Chris wanted, now it's in his head that "Hmmm, yeah, if I was able to sell the totem for *that* price, I can sell anything for *any* price".

    These are easily the least popular run of works he's ever done, the flashing china pants and the confusing perspective tennis game pieces especially were rife for derision when they were first posted to social media in particular I recall.

    So he has a coin flip chance of this being bought in the nerd steal of the century where CWC is the one robbing the buyer of all dignity and monetary respect, I figure. I'd say he's getting more set in his ways but the ways themselves are better than the ones he used to subscribe to, so from a certain point of view, Chris is getting better.

    TWO THOUSAND EARTH DOLLARS for some doodles done by someone ten times the age you'd expect.

    Well shit, now that he says that, he's practically giving them away!

    Even though he didn't successfully sell them on eBay a few years ago for a few hundred each (last I remember), his artwork still appreciates in value like a rare, 18th-century Cognac.
