Ben Affleck was actually good in BvS. He was pretty much the only good thing in that piece of shit. Which makes the people worrying about him being awful kinda hilarious in hindsight.

 

Lol, Chris Terrio won an Oscar for his first big screenplay and he wins a Razzie for his second one. I know he probably made a shit ton of money, and I think the Oscar's are a joke, but damn. That's quite a comedown.

OK, again, I ask, hoping I'll actually get an answer this time, why is Ben Affleck nominated for Worst Actor? The other BvS nominations I get, but Ben Affleck actually turned in a great performance. He was easily the best thing (and one of the few good things) in BvS.

 

Bit surprised on 2 things:
1. Only one "nod" to TMNT 2. Did they forget it was a Michael Bay film?
2. Nothing for Fembusters *cough*the Razzies might have some liberal leanings*cough*.

The Razzies always go with the lowest hanging fruit, so my money's on BvS to win. 2nd most likely I'd say would be Independence Day Resurgence.

 

I'm surprised Nine Lives isn't anywhere one the list. Kevin Spacey as a cat, that alone should have gotten it nominated in every category.

 

Fembusters was just kinda meh.

 

Again, the Razzies go with the lowest hanging fruit whether or not it's actually the worst thing of the year.

 

How apolitical are the Razzies? If they're anything but, it could be a sweep for Delish de Sousaphone.

 

A good choice

 

The film was kinda shitty but I can understand them not picking it. There was worse.

 

I only saw the TMNT movie, avoided everything else like the plague even before reading the reviews, so I honestly don't care who "wins".

I saw a little while ago on the forums suggestions for a "Worst Animated Feature/Film" because 2016 was home to quite a bit of shitty animated movies, but I guess they decided against it. But man, Ice Age 5 didn't make it onto "Worst Prequel, Remake, Ripoff or Sequel"?

Oh wait, the film bombed and was getting pulled from some U.S. theaters after two or three weeks. No one probably saw it.

 

That's only because the razzies are leftist propaganda. He should have won a golden globe
