Mark the Tapir: Pony edition

 

I posted that image of pony chris elsewhere on the forum when it was pointed out to me, on the day that episode came out. This does suggest that Chris either was EXTREMELY unobservant (that clown shirt grabs the eye like magnet) or he doesn't watch MLP religiously like most bronies (and considering new episodes air on sunday, the analogy is apt.).

His initial claim that 'its not him' is so utterly ridiculous. no one dresses like that in popular culture but him. With his love of MLP you'd think he'd be stamping that OC with his big 'CWC' stamp and demanding episodes around that character. The episode is fitting though, since it focused on a group of obnoxious, obsessed fans.

And yes, I watched that whole cringey episode thinking he might reapear and I felt so unclean afterwards.

Personally, I'm going to subscribe to the idea that it's not actually him, because I seriously doubt that the pony is being as much of a nuisance as Chris would be if he were there.

 

According to Chris, this really happened in some other dimension or something.

 

It’s probably not him but the green hair, grandma glasses, long sleeve striped shirt and awkward autistic gaze do seem awfully coincidental.

 

That might have been intentional. The cast can't *not* know of his existence, probably because of his posts on the VA's Twitter accounts. I bet they did this to get this kind of buzz.

 

No doubt they are different from pony Borb, but the resemblance seems a bit uncanny IMO.

 

"No, no, no, they can't possibly be the same! Those ponies have glasses, and mine don't! Waay different!" Also, looking back, I'm amused by how he actually called the one that's Barb "Sugar Darling." I know this joke must've been made already, but he's admitting to her being his Sugar Momma.

 

I swear that gives me the creeps. Incest is gross enough as is, but the fact he is in love with his mom who could easily be mistaken for a grandmother... it becomes fucked up

 

Yeah. The fact that his life situation is what got me to write one of the most messed up things in my life just goes to show.

 

I wasn't believing that pair was his parents, because I don't remember Bob wearing a hawaiian shirt. But... the more I look at them...
