Yeah, it definitely started a thing in the 80s of cartoons selling toys to kids to the point laws had to be made because it went out of hand (though there was a loophole for anime so they got away with it with stuff like Pokemon and Yugioh)

I wonder what kind of merchandise Chris would come up with for Sonichu? I know he did an ad for Axe bodyspray in Sonichu and what not as a tie-in, but still

Honestly? I expect it to have almost nothing to do with Sonichu, and instead focus on he himself, like the comic does.

 

Sonic the Hedgehog merchandise has been everywhere since at least 1993 and never went away, so knowing Chris he would probably just copy most of that and reskin it.

 

Thing is I fully expect Chris to copy all of the elements of something that doesn't work as opposed to the ones that do.

The fact she had this imaginary feud with Alec Benson Leary because she wanted her and Liquid Chris to be the "end of the trolling" still blows my mind. Apparently she thought Alec was knowingly one-upping her, when in reality he barely knew she existed and didn't even know why she was pissed at him at first.

Related to kacey: I've told this before, but when I first started drawing and the community invited me in, kacey got all buttmad because she honestly believed her and liquid were such an epic saga that it should be the end of all trolling and no one else should be allowed to continue making fun of Chris.

Now understand that I was not previously on pvcc or any other cwc board, all I knew was from reading ED and the cwcki, I had no contact with any other trolls until I posted on /cwc/ and was invited to join. I just thought I could draw a funny cartoon. So it's not like I was aware of queen miltank's decree and willingly challenged it. She basically got mad because her authority was defied by a guy who didn't even know she existed and didn't care.

One could only imagine how much of a lolcow Kacey would of herself look with the whole one sided feud. Of course, it all makes Alec funnier in comparison by pissing off both a troll/ween and Chris.

As someone that enjoyed listening to the Father Call, it was one of the things to help know how much of a bitch she sounded even with how unhealthy McDonalds was for Chris. The only good Kacey would have at that point was just the megatron pistol comic Chris made compared to whatever else there was since I'm not even familiar with whatever there was to her beyond others noting how she wasn't any prettier or thinner than Chris.

 

The real irony here is that I've heard she made Liquid drive miles out to one McDonald's in particular (it wasn't even the closest) to get her McFlurries because apparently they made them better at that one location.

 

That is a special level of pathetic, that I'm sadly familiar with, close friend of mine just wasn't the same after his battle with heroin.

 

It's almost as if Chris's "classic" trolls are a bunch of hypocritical idiots that aren't any better than the weens.
