One of my tumblr followers is a big Nascar fan, I guess. They originally wanted me to do a couple of very specific and highly detailed racing cars, but when I told them I wouldn't be able to do them justice, they went with this instead.

Hey guys, just a heads up. It doesn't look like I'm going to get any kind of page out today. I'm going to work on it again after I wake up, but I wouldn't count on anything. I've been sleeping an awful lot, though, which might have to do with a recent medication change, but I'm not sure. I'll have to talk to my doctor. I'll update again once I have a sketch page or something.

 

Sleep is a lot of fun tho. I'd rather sleep than do anything, so ya, no problem.

 

I think the Trickster is gone for good, unfortunately.

 

You guys won't get rid of me that easily.

So, yes, the comic is coming back. I haven't given up on it quite yet, even if it seemed like I did (sorry...). Things have gotten better for me, but I don't know if I'm reliable enough to keep a steady schedule, but I'm going to try. The one thing I'm going to try to do is to at least eliminate the guesswork in when to expect the next update and schedule the release of pages as I have them. Meaning that until further notice, I won't say that I'll have a page on a certain day until I have that page ready to go. This will allow me to work on pages in batches which are easier to plan and write for, and anyone looking forward to more story will know what to expect, because waiting for an update and not getting it when it's expected to be there is not fair to you guys and I think it was a lot of the reason why I was beating myself up over missed deadlines.

I've decided that I'm going to release the first page of what I've got on Feb 24th (Christian Love Day, if you weren't aware), and then schedule whatever pages I've gotten up to that point every Sunday afterward until I run out. Hopefully this format will work out.

Everyone, thank you so much for sticking with me. Even after months and months with me gone, I’ve had people still wishing me well, and hoping I come back soon. I have some of the nicest fans anyone could ever ask for, and I’m really grateful for you guys. Again, thank you. I hope you guys have a good and safe day.
