    There might be a little bit of demand for this if Chris dies, but most people who are interested in Chris just go to any places of Christorical note on their own. It's not like a tour business can take people to his house unless they buy it.

    You forgot about the part where weens go to said places to harass people that had some connection to Chris and have since cut ties, or even people that had no interaction with Chris and intend to keep it that way.

    Also Charlottesville isn't some little backwater nowhere town, it is a city with it's own history and local culture. There are plenty of other ways to make a profit there that have nothing to do with Chris. (And you'll make more money with less trouble.)

    Only problem is lots of friendships and even marriages have been formed due to the existence of Chris. There have been times I have wondered where my life as well as a lot of other people's lives would be if Chris was never born. It almost makes me want to make a retarded version of "It's a Wonderful Life" but with Chris, thing is, who would be Mr. Potter?

    To be fair, what I found out later was that Dun and I hung out on the same Pokemon forums as well as that one Dragon Quest forums. Only thing is at the time, I was around 13 and still an annoying kid and he was around 17 at the time and he would have hated me as a teenager compared to when we actually started talking when we were young adults. Still, it was a weird coincidence, maybe our relationship could have still happened? Maybe not.

    Maybe the lolcow we bonded over was PreciousLeaf or something

    To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Chris-chan. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of Virginia civil law most of the jokes will go over a typical forum poster's head.
