I haven't touched Ready or Not since they censored stuff for consoles, which sucks because it was genuinely one of my favorite games for a little while.

Hitman WoA is great though. I liked the Freelancer mode a ton but the finding your target part gets a little annoying with the guessing game. I need to set up the Peacock server emulator someone made to mess around with mods.

The censorship was dumb for me in how they basically toned down the dick on Gerard and putting underwear on the women in the container. What made it dumb is remembering that we got Cyberpunk 2077 on consoles and that gives us a dick size option and you find a naked lady in a tub. That said, I didn't mind the changes to the weeb's CP stash since at the least, if you didn't play the game before and don't pay attention, you would not see the link between the weeb and the whole CP ring in him consuming whatever Brixley and Voll pushed out. That and pictures of a kid's playground somehow can make the weeb feel more creepy. I did play the game with mods though because fuck how Void handled AI compared to Irrational Games, I don't want to be sniped by crackheads that are on par with Yemeni terrorist and Iraq War veterans. I do however enjoy making the mods turn the game into my own Steven Seagal bloodbath simulator as I crank police brutality to 11 in killing all suspects and throwing grenades at civilians. Legit though, I wouldn't mind some situations where they were wholly isolated and unrelated. Like you just get sent into a workplace where an employee goes postal or a domestic dispute turns into a hostage crisis or an organized retail crime smash and grab goes bloody and violent with a vigilante thrown in to mix it up further. Just mundane looking things that don't make this feel like you got some story arc that somehow ties to the Mariposa Lily Organization that Void used in their PVP and earlier versions of the cult compound map. Still disappointed they didn't make further use of the bikers beyond one mission having a single biker in the meth house.

I play strictly non-lethal and modded the game to use weapons that fire rubberball ammo.

Still, I don't have plans to return to it lately. Too busy playing 30 roguelikes because those are dopamine factories.

I stopped non-lethal after wanting to just murder every suspect because VOID really loved to make complete shitbag human being enemies. That and I just decided to Seagal it. Speaking of roguelikes, I would like to get back into some Elin once I know the dev makes more progress on it. Despite downloading mods, I never used a single one simply because I just want to get further into the storyline and beat the game much as everything makes slow progress.

I picked up like 3 more during the spring sale.

Deadzone Rogue is great if you like FPS games. I also picked up Roboquest to try out and it seems really fun so far. Rogue Point is in early access by the Black Mesa developers if you enjoy Ready or Not but made more wacky.
