Redesigning Eva: The Audiobook

I've got one more chapter to upload tonight, then I'm going to make a new post saying which chapters are available. There should be plenty to choose from. Your voice and Connor's writing should make a fine pair.

Chapter 9 is up.

Since @It's a secret apparently plans on doing his reading soon, I'm leaving that one assigned to him but opening up all the others. That leaves the following unclaimed:

Chapter 2, "Enter Eva"
Chapter 3, "Class Without Class"
Chapter 8, "The Gift"

Also, if @dormiebasne has his edited version of his reading, that would be great. I was never able to solve the problem of the massive audio drop 2/3 of the way into the reading. If you've got a version that doesn't do that, it would be perfect. If not, it looks like it'll have to be re-recorded. In the very understandable event that you don't want to read a Connor Bible chapter aloud twice in your life, just let me know and I'll open that one up to any takers.

 

Starting this up again to go along with the relaunch. We've got four open chapters, and it'd be great to get volunteers to finish this thing off as soon as possible. Also, there's still @dormiebasne's chapter, which had volume issues and we could still use either a reposting of or a re-record so that there is usable audio for it.

This has moved at Connor Bible speed, which is fully appropriate, but it's time to break from the tradition and actually finish something. If we don't have people signed up for the remaining chapters by the end of the month (or more likely on January 2nd after my New Year's hangover subsides), I'll open it up to anyone who wants to do more than one chapter and will finish the remainder myself.

Let's do this thing, people. There's a crotch fungus-infected pudgy manchild depending on us, and we can't let him down.

I had to record my chapter twice and was seriously considering giving up on the whole thing if I had to do it again, so I feel your pain. Thanks for sticking with it!

 

I finally uploaded @mortal wombat and @It's a secret's chapters, which leaves us with only three chapters remaining before this thing is done (I'm assuming dormie doesn't have access to his original chapter one recording, which is sad as he did a damn good job).

So, here's what's left:

We're almost there! You can almost smell the belly button lint at the finish line.

Liquid Squirtle and MasterDisaster are working on their chapters this weekend, so we could be nearing the end of the project. Assuming Connor doesn't surprise us with any new chapters out of the blue. Never doubt an artistic genius.

 

I'll see if I can do chapter 2 assuming it's still available.

 

I think @Liquid Squirtle was planning on doing that one, but I haven't heard back from him yet. If he doesn't want it, it's yours.
