Makes me wonder what sexual content from Chris would be considered nonconsensual because even though a lot of it was given freely by him, it was still under false pretenses and in some cases arguably coerced some of it.

 

Aside from knowing how some people can feel this either works well or backfires, I can only imagine the most this would do at least is maybe get rid of the Julay video if it's still out there as a full on video to watch.

That's already a given knowing the ego of CWC.

That's reminding me of whole Bluespike reveal of Chris cybering with a teenager that was claiming to be an adult woman to troll Chris.

 

Would like to share that my '03 Power Mac runs both CWCki Club and the CWCki perfectly. Just found it strangely fitting because it's highly likely some of the earliest people who found Chris on the web were using this exact same OS. War. War never changes.

Yup!! 10.4.11 has quite a lot of support still! I was able to get a fork of TenFourFox that's still being maintained. I wonder if the previous owner ended up having to witness the horrors on this thing

 

I had three main computers back when I first discovered Chris as a kid in October 2007, because my then 15 year old brother was already a longtime Something Awful lurker. Two dells, a shitty laptop with Windows XP, a desktop with Vista, and a blue iMac G3 with Mac OS X Panther.

He actually thought that Chris was a troll at first, like Chad Warden was, until soon we saw accounts on 4chan of people who met him in real life, who we all would later know were Mimms and Lucas. Complete with blurry photos no less. Then of course there was the numerous times Chris got arrested, which there were public records of.

I read a lot about the classic era in 2008 on an iMac G4 running Tiger and a new black MacBook running Leopard as well.

 

What if cop bodycam footage was a thing in the '00s back when he was derping out on that idiotic "love quest"?

 

Meanwhile I had a shitty HP laptop when I actually looked into Chris. Before that I had a shittier Toshiba laptop back when the Fanta and Julaay videos were made.

Gold for Christorians to see Chris raging against the law in public.

 

Maybe it was less rage and more panic?

 

If we are talking about what we used back in the day, I first heard of Chris when I was still using a family computer and had limited time before it was my brothers turn. Then when I got around to joining, I had a MacBook Air that was really shitty that my mom got me when I first started college because it was “cute”.

 

That dimwit's life really did kind of stop after "Count Graduon" visited him. And then that "BEST BIRTHDAY EVER" with those paid "Gal-Pals" was sort of like that freak's big retirement party.

That old Tale of Fail has been downhill ever since.

 

Same people peak at high school and wish they could go back, others are just glad to be done with it and have nightmares of being back.

Chris is one of the few autistic people I've seen in the former camp.

I actually find it interesting that he can pinpoint this as the time his misery started and come up with a villain like "Count Graduon" to be a personification of it. Mainly because it takes a level of creativity and self-awareness that I legitimately wouldn't think Chris capable of.

 

One can only guess that was all a happy time for Chris. Then again high school being that peak would make sense when considering Chris being inept at social cues, inept at getting a girlfriend, spats with the law and authority figures over attraction signs, and of course all the years of trolls. Granted, even without the trolls, one can still imagine Chris fucking up friendships with people like Megan and the whole creepy ass incest with Barb.

 

I think it's the structure and simplicity that he misses. Somebody was always telling him what he had to do and success only required him to slightly follow those directions. It also didn't matter if he messed up or did terribly, his school passed him along anyway. We've seen his work from school, he shouldn't have been passing, but he did anyway. Basically, all he had to do was show up, and he'd be rewarded.

Then, he graduated. Suddenly doing even less than the bare minimum didn't get him an award, didn't get him passing grades at college, didn't help him keep a job, and didn't get him a girlfriend. He had to do more than just show up, and he couldn't.

 

That structure also made a regular sleep cycle -- or "biological clock" as he stupidly put it -- that he missed.

 

Structure mixed in with galpals that Bob paid to just hang out and act as friends for him.

 

It may be Reddit, but I read that Bob only paid some girl who was a neighbor to hang out with that jerk in middle school, and the "Gal Pals" being paid by Bob in high school was both a trolling thing and unrealistic -- it is commonly seen as not exactly very appropriate for some older man to just approach teen girls and pay them to hang out with his intellectually impaired son. I think it went as they guessed: that the girls took pity on that "special" kid and hung out with him. But of course, in a very limited way.

I assume they just didn't want to be dicks to the disabled kid. There was a kid with serious intellectual disabilities at my school, and my friend group would let her sit with us before school if she came by. Like Chris, her parents were insistent on mainstreaming her when she would have benefited much more from having additional, specialized help. I'm not sure what she had, but it was like having a much younger kid around, like someone's little sibling wanting to join us. We couldn't really relate to each other much, but a lot of kids at school were assholes to her, so we tried to be nice whenever she was around. No one was paying us, we just felt bad for the situation she was in. I figure that's what a lot of Chris's relationships in school were like.

It would also be extremely weird for a school to set something like that up, or go along with it. If Bob went to the principal and was like "Find me some kids to pay-off so they'll hang out with my son" I can't imagine the principal agreeing. There would be too many ways that could backfire and look bad for the school. The thing with the neighbor girl makes much more sense, considering it's Bob dealing with people he personally knows.

 

Shower thought: Before the merge bullshit, a common criticism of Chris was that he was incapable of telling fiction apart from reality. Today, he actively vocalizes that he does not see a separation between fiction and reality.
In a grand scale, it's almost like he got tricked into saying something funny when trying to read a made-up name. He really is his own biggest troll.

 

I think he can tell the difference, but he desperately wants to believe in toon world because his life sucks. Unless he's so stupid "on the honor roll" he really cannot tell the difference...
